New bottle design triggers cleaner relaunch
October 1st 2007

The relaunch of the Wizz products range of household cleaners has benefited from a new trigger spray developed by Guala Dispensing.

To complement the new 825ml bottle, blow moulded by RPC Llantrisant,Wizz turned to Guala to provide a suitable trigger spray. The end result is a redesign of the Guala TS3, combining nozzle technology and spray action with new external components to enhance the trigger's appearance and functionality.

The shroud is specified in a two-part construction and is supplied by Guala in a range of colours to replicate the branding of different products in the Wizz range.Unlike the regular TS3, the shroud is also closed at the back for further ease of use, while a wider lever requires a softer actuation force from the consumer to deliver a consistent 1.3ml dose. The snap on collar optimises speed and efficiency on the Wizz production lines, and is fully compatible with the RPC Bottle.

In addition, as the trigger contains no metal parts and is fully recycleable, it supports Wizz's environmental policies.
