No nonsense dishwashing
October 1st 2007 Dema Europe has developed a new range of cost effective
automatic dispensing systems for dishwashing applications
While specifically designed to satisfy both the
low and medium applications where cost is
paramount, the company says quality and
reliability have not been compromised.
The new systems provide remote programming;
this provides total security, which ensures that once
the chemical levels have been programmed, they
cannot be changed unless the remote programmer is
used.
Known as the OLYMPIAN, the system is a very
simple single stage peristaltic pump that provides
both initial charge and re-charge from a single point
electrical connection, the chemical level is set by a
remote programmer that is simply plugged in to the
front of the dispenser, providing a simple and very
precise dispensing.
Each dispenser is easily recognised by its own
colour, the rinse dispenser is coded blue, the timed
dispenser is white, conductivity dispenser is red, and
finally the optional pump sometimes used for
sanitising products is coded yellow.
Each dispenser is supplied with full installation kit,
and is completely pre-wired for ease of installation.
The dispenser is mounted very easily and quickly
using a special quick connect bracket, supplied with
each dispenser.
Servicing and tube replacement are made simple
and quick, with the unique patent designed pump
housing, a simple flick of the finger and the cover is
removed – no tools are needed to change the
