rapid results – delivering maximum hygiene at minimum cost
Vikan says its new colour coded environmentally friendly
NitoClean Ergo foam dispensing system achieves both high
quality cleaning results and reduced cleaning time…
through the simple, effective use of a low pressure water supply.
Designed to work in conjunction with the Vikan range of
products to offer a total hygiene cleaning concept, the
ergonomically designed NitoClean Ergo system
comprises a 2.7 litre bottle, colour coded in
five colours together with the required
handle, trigger and rinsing nozzle. The system
is simple, easy and safe to operate and
designed to achieve maximum hygiene at
minimum cost. It's remarkably handy for small
spaces.
The appropriately colour coded bottle is
filled with the desired chemical or sanitiser
(correct dilution rates being determined via
the selected dosing nozzle), attached to a
hose, and the foaming solution sprayed on to
surfaces. The rinse nozzle is then attached
and residual chemical and dirt washed off the
treated surface with clean water. Heavy or
persistent soil can be removed with the
use of one of Vikan's many effective
brushes. NitoClean Ergo delivers from 6.7
litres per minute at temperatures of up to
60°C from a water supply input pressure
of up to 10 bar.
Operator safety and comfort is assured
thanks to the strength and balanced
design of the ergonomic handle with its
good solid grip while the innovatively
designed dispensing system eliminates any operator interference.
Protection of the external environment is guaranteed thanks to the
correctly diluted chemicals.
As with all the Vikan range of tools, NitoClean Ergo is quality
made with all the connecting pieces made from chrome plated
brass. Components can be purchased separately.
To help sell the NitoClean – and all other food related Vikan
products, the company has hired Christian Boaler, (pictured) to
increase penetration in Scotland
and Northern England. More articles from Vikan (UK) Limited: |
