With the Templa CMS Quality Audit module you remove the administrative burden so often associated with paper-based quality auditing. This module lets you centrally create the inspection requirements for each site which are then disseminated automatically to operations field staff for task completion.

This module allows you to regularly review for compliance against the cleaning specification and report the results back to your client. It will allow you to centrally manage the inspection requirements for each site contract and distribute this information to operations field staff for completion. Quality audits can be carried out on tablets in conjunction with the Mobile CMS module which supports tablet integration to and from the central database.

The inevitable variation in specifications between one building and another is taken care of by the QA form template set-up and you will be able to define your company’s own scoring mechanism. Scores will track pass and failure, with the ability to handle faults found during the audit, i.e. something that requires further action. Failures and faults can be integrated to the service request facilities featured in the TemplaCMS Customer Service module.

Templa CMS Quality Audit will automatically send email reminders on outstanding QA forms to the person responsible for the task, for example the area manager. Audit results are available for immediate viewing by senior management or clients. Simple reports can be run analysing performance at any level of detail across your company.
